Dear Friends.
We are at war,
In solidarity and gratitude for all the men and women risking their lives in the front line of the coronavirus crisis - to keep all of us safe in Kuwait.
For those who have been risking their lives doing the early morning work to fortify their interior empires of

This period of deep volatility & turbulence will present opportunities to:
Grow, Strengthen and..... SERVE!!!
Difficult times like these are when leaders of the country shine and
Heroes rise everyday...
My family and my office, my neighbour and his family are staying at home.
Please do your very best and stay at home.
~socially distance~
~self-isolate~
This will not only give you and those you live with, the greatest shot at staying healthy—it will also protect your neighborhood and fellow citizens.
We all are in this situation together and each of us must do our part.
We know it is OK - to not feel OK.
We are humans, fear and anxiety, in messy times is absolutely normal.
Honour the emotions and they will pass through
We also suggest...
That, we practice “deliberate kindness”.
Help an elderly neighbor by picking up something they might need from the store.
Leave some food and supplies for other people on the shelves instead of hoarding.
We, show our work-team leadership by communicating the mission and values.
The job of a wartime hero is to protect the hope of others,
That, we use the news as a tool to motivate rather than fuel the rumours.
Find out the latest facts on this very fluid situation and pivot as necessary.
Then practice - The Total Focus Concept so we, produce masterful work that inspires the world. –

Kuwait has done it. Kuwait has shown it.
That, we do not suffer from normalcy bias, thinking it’s life as usual and nothing has really changed because we are super scared and are in denial, but stand strong and be prepared to thrive through this.
That, we get more rest, drink more water, and stay in touch with friends
via audio / video chat.
This time, In Sha Allah will pass...
Our world needed a wakeup call.
There was too much greed and selfishness.
Life is forcing us to slow down, reconnect with our best selves and
ponder a better future.
There was too much rampant addiction to technology for the sake of
decency and humanity.
There was too much “human doing” instead of being human.
There was too much “human doing” instead of being human.
This is a sad, dramatic and tragic recalibration.............
So there will be a new world order which we should accept and respect.
Stay Safe, Stay Strong. Stay Healthy and Stay Kind.

~self-isolate~
Please stay at Home
